The hotel offered a great value for my stay during Christmas. The staff was friendly and efficient in meeting my needs. The location of the hotel was in a good neighborhood which added to my safety. The breakfast was really delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The room was clean and neat, and there was always hot water, which was really appreciated during winter.
One negative aspect was the underground parking lot, which definitely needs improvement. It was pretty small, and it was a bit cramped which made it really difficult to park or get out.

I loved the convenient location, easy access to transportation and nice neighborhood. The staff here are really good, efficient, friendly, approachable and made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none, my room was neat and spacious and the breakfast offered was very good with lots of variety.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area, surrounded by good places to eat and drink. the staff were friendly and professional with good service at breakfast. the room was clean, and the bathroom was well equipped. the room facilities were excellent, including a comfortable bed. the underground parking needs improving, but there was adequate parking outside on the weekend.
The hotel is let down by the lighting in the kitchen sink area, which made it tricky to see anything there.

Friendly staff and good location. the rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was tasty and filling. the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant to walk around and explore. Conveniently located near public transportation and restaurants. a great value for the price.
Limited parking options. the underground parking lot can be difficult to navigate, and exiting can be dangerous.
